About us

A Cleveland home care agency built around the family's experience

MIRACLE-LIGHTSTAR LLC is a home care provider based at 707 Brookpark Rd, Unit 200, Cleveland, OH 44109, led by Zardy Dweh, Chief Executive Officer.

Who we serve

We support people who need clinical care or daily assistance at home — after a hospital stay, following surgery or injury, or while managing an ongoing condition — and the families who are carrying that responsibility alongside their own lives.

Home care can be less disruptive and more comfortable than moving into a facility, which is why so many families prefer it when it is an option.

What we can arrange in any specific case depends on the plan of care, the referral and coverage. We confirm those details with you rather than guessing on your behalf.

Our founder’s story

Why I built Miracle-Lightstar LLC

To honor the village that raised me

In the Liberian countryside, elders are not “clients” or “cases.” They are living libraries. I remember sitting at the feet of the village matriarchs, sharing a bowl of palm butter, watching the community naturally rotate around the sick and the frail. We didn’t have nursing homes; we had porches. We didn’t have shift changes; we had grandchildren, neighbors, and nieces taking turns. Taking care of the elderly wasn’t a job — it was the air we breathed. I built this agency to bottle that spirit and export it to a world that has forgotten it.

To bridge the loneliness I saw in the West

When I left Liberia, I saw a heartbreaking contrast. In the cities of the developed world, I witnessed the elderly sitting in sterile, silent rooms, their lives reduced to a checklist of vitals. Disabled individuals were treated as burdens, not as bearers of wisdom. The loneliness was deafening. I asked myself: how can a society so rich be so poor in touch? I built this agency because no human being, regardless of age or ability, should die feeling invisible.

To redefine what “care” means

In my agency, we do not look at a clock; we look at a person’s eyes. We bring the Liberian philosophy of “I am because we are” into every visit. A bed bath is done with the reverence of a village elder washing a newborn. A medication reminder is delivered with a hand on the shoulder, a smile, and a story. I am not just training caregivers; I am raising a tribe of “village children” who understand that service is sacred.

This business taught me patience in the chaotic moments, resilience in the face of bureaucracy, and profound gratitude. It has transformed my life from one of scarcity to one of overflowing meaning. I wake up every morning knowing that my existence matters — because I am the hands that lift someone else’s burden.

Finally, I built this agency so that when my time comes to sit on the porch of this world, I can look back and know that I took the soul of Liberia — the warmth, the touch, the community — and planted it firmly in the heart of a foreign soil. This is not just a business. It is my life’s testimony. It is the village I left, rebuilt with my own two hands, for everyone who needs a place to call home.
